The Proposals are Proactive in nature and range from Nascent Ideas to more Defined Design Intent. Proposals were conceived as ‘What If’ / Forward Thinking Responses to Sites with Future Development Potential. The Design Intent inherent in the Proposals aims to be Commercially realistic whilst also making a greater than average contribution to the Urban Realm. The Strategy behind the Commercial Proposals is to put forward Ideas / Designs for consideration that would be unlikely to be conceived by most Developers. The Civic minded Proposals are Idealistic in nature.
